A Royal Navy culinary expert shot himself and a female associate engaging in sexual relations in the shower on board a Type 45 Destroyer, a court military has listened.

A lady told the court she felt "unpleasant and disregarded" when she discovered the consensual demonstration was taped.
The trial at Portsmouth Naval Base heard sex damages the naval force's "no touching standard" for mariners.
'Totally stunned'
The hearing was told the pair had intercourse in the showers of HMS Diamond while it was docked nearby Limassol in Cyprus on 9 June 2014.
The charged casualty told the court military she had invested energy before that day with a gathering, including the respondent, on a shoreline, amid which they had intoxicated and he had connected sun cream on her back.
She said they had was a tease over instant message and masterminded to engage in sexual relations in the showers on this boat later and denied she had consented to film the meeting.
When she was educated they had been taped, she said: "I was stunned, totally stunned."

The litigant later conceded making the recording however guaranteed the affirmed casualty had consented to the shooting.
