Rival Libyan gatherings have reported that they will sign an UN-supported political understanding one week from now.

The arrangement incorporates the development of a National Unity Government. It is not yet clear whether the two full parliaments will likewise concur.
Libya has been shaky since Muammar Gaddafi was toppled in October 2011.
Salah el-Makhzoum, a VP of the Tripoli-based parliament, called this a "glad day".
An authority of the globally perceived parliament, Mohammed Choueib, said that "after long endeavors... we report to our kin that we have chosen to move past this troublesome period... what's more, request that everybody go along with us", the AFP news office reported.
